The employees shuttle between screens to discover issues in businesses like pharmaceutical or eCommerce. Sometimes, it is just to get the work done. With behavioral analytics, you can identify the challenges faster and alert the concerned departments. Also, you can figure out what type of errors are possibly causing these bottlenecks. Based on the data collected for analysis, you can discover the geographical locations, the functions affected, and how many are affected by the issues. Based on that, you can prioritize resolution.
